A basic but efficient guide to the fundamentals of technical writing: the art of simplifying the complex, the skills required in planning projects, the technology you can use to assist you, and the obstacles you might encounter along the way. The content covers pretty much everything a junior needs to know and I fully intend to transform it into mandatory reading for all new joiners on my team. Obviously, this is aimed at absolute beginniners - if you are already employed as a technical writer, you probably won't learn anything new.
